Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026

1. Services

Domicile provides residency consultancy services, including eligibility assessment, country recommendation, document preparation guidance, and coordination with licensed local partners. We do not provide legal advice directly — all filings are handled by licensed gestorías and immigration lawyers in the target country.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to non-EU/EEA nationals. EU/EEA citizens are not eligible for the residency programmes we facilitate. By engaging our services, you confirm that you are not an EU/EEA citizen.

3. Payment

Fees are as stated on our pricing pages at the time of purchase. Payment is due in full before services commence. We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card) and Flutterwave (for African payment methods). All prices are in EUR.

4. Refund Policy

Starter tier: Full refund if client is confirmed ineligible within 72 hours of assessment. Concierge & Elite tiers: Full refund if application is rejected due to a documentation error by Domicile or our licensed partner. Government discretion rejections: one free resubmission. Refund requests must be made in writing within 14 days of the triggering event.

5. Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate and complete information, respond to requests for documentation within agreed timeframes, attend scheduled appointments, and maintain valid travel documents. Failure to meet these obligations may result in application delays or rejection, for which Domicile is not liable.

6. No Guarantee of Approval

While we maintain a 94% approval rate, government decisions are ultimately at the discretion of the relevant authorities. Domicile does not guarantee approval of any application. Our guarantee covers documentation errors only, not government discretion decisions.

7. Third-Party Costs

Our fees do not include government application fees, sworn translation costs, apostille/notarisation fees, health insurance premiums, or other third-party costs. These are billed separately at cost or paid directly by the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

Domicile's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to lost opportunities, travel expenses, or relocation costs.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Barcelona, Spain.
